If you intend to stay 3 months plus, Carylls will discount the cost of your en-suite room beyond your expectation.

All you have to do is to put down a small, yet fully refundable deposit of 3 weeks, plus one week advance payment to start with. Your fully furnished room will be self-service; television, DVD, broadband connection etc are included.

You bring in your own linen, cutlery, crockery, toaster, microwave and whatever else you need to make Carylls your home or second Home.

You pay for your own electricity consumption which is metered in your room, giving you full control of what you use. The Charges are minimal at only 12 pence per unit working out at just a few pounds. There is a £50.00 one off cleaning charge.

A Stunning 15th Century Manor House set in Acres of Sussex Country Side. This idyllic Country House is centrally located in the peaceful village of Faygate in the heart of the Arun Valley yet is only 3 miles from the major Towns of Crawley & Horsham, Just 7 miles from Gatwick Airport, close to the commuter routes of the M23 & M25. Carylls, has been running as a successful letting business for the last 40 years (since 1971). Self-Catering Facilities:

Apart from our in room kitchenette facilities, we have a further 2 communal fully equipped kitchens for your use. Self catering units are cost effective and offer increased privacy and flexibility. for a base for work or relocation. All modern conveniences are provided for your stay.

Your Room:

All rooms have En-suite echo friendly showers, kitchenettes and Fridges. Wired Broadband, flat screen television, free-view providing over a hundred channels, built in DVD player. Rooms are fully furnished; Superior single rooms have larger beds and larger shower rooms. Superior double rooms are of generous sizes and have larger double beds and sitting areas where you can relax with a book on comfortable sofa or watch TV or a DVD . All superior double rooms have lovely views of the front lawn overlooking beautiful scenic, rolling open countryside. All rooms offer style of their own, with quirky uniqueness. However they all offer the same high level of comfort.

Parking Facilities:

Our large secure car- park provide you with your own designated space for the duration of your stay.

Smoking Policy

It is against the Law to Smoke at Carylls Country House. If a guest/visitor is found smoking in the house, they will be asked to leave; for whatever reason, full payment for the reservation will be taken – no refunds made. If it should it be subsequently found that a guest/visitor has smoked in a room, after the guest has vacated, a charge will be made against their debit/credit card. However, there are wall hung ashtrays in the gardens for smokers. This also applies if items are removed from Carylls without consent or payment.

Pets

With regret we are unable to cater for pets. However we have Ethel our house cat, William and Henry the manager’s cats and Sydney the adorable golden retriever.
